Current Casting, (“CC”) is a talent hosting website specifically designed to provide Talent the ability to present their profile to potential agents, producers, directors, photographers, casting directors and other theater, art, movie, radio, television and sports professionals involved in the entertainment medium, collectively known as (“Clients”). By the use of this website, Clients agree that CC is only a hosting service, designed to provide Talent information only. We make no due diligence as to the correctness of any information contained on the website or within a specific Talent’s profile. All information should be verified with a Talent’s agent or the Talent directly. All Clients and any user of this website agree to indemnify and hold CC harmless from and against any claims successfully asserted against CC and for which CC becomes actually liable for and arising out of the Clients selection of Talent, a Talent's Portfolio, or any portion thereof, including but not limited to, the Clients use and/or operation of the Talent's information provided by CC or this website, any events caused or created by the Talent, any failure of the the Talent to comply with any obligation and/or requirement issued by the Client, any business or financial loss, claim or damages incurred by the Client, or for any claim successfully asserted arising pursuant to any representations or warranties, whatsoever contained, stated, caused or provided by the Talent or information supplied in the Talent’s Portfolio or related information provided to the Client by CC or otherwise. The Client's indemnification pursuant to this paragraph shall include CC’s reasonable legal fees and other reasonable expenses. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of California. The information and material on this website is intended to provide only a general guide to a Talent’s profile information. We make no representation or warranty whatsoever in regard to accuracy, completeness, suitability or operation of any portion of this site or the services or materials it contains. Any and all business negotiations will be conducted entirely between the Client and the Talent's Agency or the Talent directly. All images contained on this site are copyrighted and may not be used, copied or downloaded for any reason, including commercial use of any kind, without the express written consent of Current Casting.

• All casting sessions are by appointment only.
• Annual membership is for a calendar year starting from your first appointment and not dependent on the exact dates additional sessions are completed.
• Casting images are updated once per year.
• Members are responsible to make sure they are current and scheduling their individual sessions.
• The video casting is produced once per year.
• The first session with video last approximately 45 minutes.
• Payment is required by credit card when booking photo shoot on currentcasting.com.
• All personal information, provided to Current Casting is for internal use only and will never be shared.
• Clients contact your Agents directly from the information listed in your profile and Current Casting takes no commission or percentage from any booking.
• Only your Agent will release any personal information about you at their discretion.
• Any member who misuses information contained within the Current Casting website (including data, images, or video) in any way will be immediately terminated from the site. Social media postings, blogging or commenting negatively on any member of Current Casting or a profile is strictly prohibited, as well as any action that adversely effects the reputation of Current Casting.
• Unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting names and/or email addresses for any purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized linking to the Site is prohibited. Commercial advertisements or any third party links, including personal business or other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership, at our sole discretion.
• Current Casting produced content and all images available through the website are provided to you “AS IS” for personal promotion within the website only, and may not be used commercially in any way or downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose other than as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use including, without limitation, to any Third Party Site and/or for any commercial purposes, except as permitted by the normal functionality of the Site, without the prior written consent of Current Casting. We reserve all rights and any rights not expressly granted to all Content and all images produced by Current Casting. All images are © Current Casting.
• To update your profile information, please send all updated information to [email protected] For representation changes please include: Full Agency Name, Agent’s Name, Agent’s Email and Phone Number, and what type of representation they provide for you.
• Client accounts are expressly for Industry Professionals to be used as a tool to find, save and share your profile, for the sole purpose of considering you for commercial work. Members are not permitted to have or open a Client account.
• Current Casting terms are signed by each member at your first session and include a legal release of all images and a complete agreement to all Current Casting terms. Current Casting reserves the right to change, add or amend to these terms at any time.
